Submit a GDPR removal request

You can use the below form to request that your data is removed permanently from the piste servers. You do not need to be an EU resident to use this form.
After completing this form:
  • You will be unable to use Piste on any of your devices
  • Any groups and associated data you have created will also be removed.
  • All personally identifiable data relating to you will no longer be processed and be removed from live servers
  • All personally identifiable data relating to you may reside in secure offline backups for up-to 6 months, in accordance to our retention policy as permitted under GDPR
