5. Léo Lacroix

Léo Lacroix is the steepest black run in Les Menuires, featuring a mix of sweeping turns and long, straight sections that let you build up serious speed. It’s a demanding challenge, with sizable moguls created by other skiers and densely packed snow in between. The run also rewards you with fantastic views as you make your way back into Reberty, making it an absolute must for any expert skier’s bucket list.

4. Vallons

Located on Masse Mountain, Vallons is a slightly challenging blue run that starts with wide, gentle turns before the gradient picks up in the second half. The piste itself is spacious and tends to be quieter compared to other runs on Masse.

One of the highlights of Vallons is the nearby educational area (Natural Fun Park), perfect for both children and adults. It offers a parallel slalom, fun ski games, and picnic benches, making it a great spot to take a break or practice some skills.

3. Fréderic Covili

Also situated on Masse Mountain, Fréderic Covili offers a more challenging experience with its red descent starting from the 2,804m peak of La Masse. The views are spectacular all the way down as Les Menuires gradually comes into sight. This run is pleasantly wide, with a few tricky uphill sections where you’ll need to keep your momentum. It’s one of those red runs that isn't overly choppy, allowing you to pick up good speed while the soft snow ensures you always feel in control.

2. Violette

Violette Piste

On paper, Violette seems like the perfect green run for beginners—it's not steep and relatively smooth—but it’s surprisingly narrow. The run cuts along the mountainside on what feels like a small track road, offering the most stunning, unobstructed views of the Les Menuires Valley. The side closest to the mountain has some fun snow deposits to glide over and practice your moves. However, less experienced snowboarders might find the numerous flat sections a bit tricky. Overall, it’s one of our favorite routes to take when heading back into Les Menuires.

The nearby Rock'n Bob toboggan run also connects to this track and is a blast with a group of friends—plus, you get a discount with your ski pass!

Pelozet Piste

Pelozet is a fantastic blue run that takes you from Les Menuires down to Saint Martin de Belleville. It’s all about laid back skiing here, with no technical challenges — just a smooth fast ride over gentle, rolling hills that make it a joy to glide down. Although it’s typically a quiet route, it can get busier in the mornings as skiers use it to access other parts of the area.
