You can opt to receive a 20% cash refund of your pass, or a 30% voucher towards a new ski pass for a future year. There is a set amount of money set aside for each option, so you may not get a choice as its first come first served.
The Claims are open now, and the fund pot doesn't quite cover all those that are affected so you will need to be quick and put your claim in ASAP.
The Italian court ruled 12 ski operators did not engage fairly and colluded in price fixing by setting uniform pricing across all their areas, meaning skiers ended up paying more to ski in smaller resorts in the dolomites.
The alleged price fixing investigation and refund does not cover last year, so there is not a refund available.
